Hey neighbors  I feelnthat I am being ripped off by eagle water managenment  Every month I check my bill and see that there service charge exceeds the actual usage for example  $19.00 for water $15.00 for sewer na $50.25 for service charge. I have phoned to complain and was told this is a sliding scale fee depending on usage. This is crap  If they charge a fee it should be equal to all residents  It costs no more to read a meter with low usage or high usage . I have lived here since 2002 and we never had this crap. Let me know how you all feel  I would like to get this amended.  Thanks  Stuart Adams  832-977-2393
