The swimming pool will open shortly. The Association places a high priority on the health, security, safety and enjoyment of our residents.
The following are our pool rules, which will apply to all residents, their family members and invited guests. .
Pool Regulations
There is no lifeguard on duty; all residents, their family members and guests swim at their own risk.
Pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Residents must use a key to enter the pool area and restrooms.
Pool gates must be kept closed at all times.
Residents must accompany guests at all times.
Solo swimming is not recommended.
No diving, running, boisterous or rough play.
No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs should use the pool.
No spitting or blowing nose in pool.
Persons with communicable disease should not enter pool.
Persons with skin, eye, ear or nasal infections should not enter pool.
No animals or pets allowed in the pool.
No glass allowed in the pool or on the deck.
No children in the pool without supervision.
You should take a shower before entering the pool.
Make sure that children use the restroom before entering pool.
Children under three (3) must wear fitted rubber pants.
Parents should wash children with soap and water after changing diapers or using the restrooms.
Children who have been ill with diarrhea related symptoms, within a two (2) week period, should not enter the swimming pool.
