Why doesn't HOA enforce the rules? We all pay our HOA dues and for that I would expect some order to our neighborhood. But lately, I have a neighbor who has THREE FAMILIES living in their house. They are quiet enough, but they are stealing all the parking in the cul-de-sac. Today I came home and they were parked directly in front of my house.
The HOA rules state only two visible cars, but they have at least 6 cars, so they scatter them throughout the cul de sac, so the rest of us have to deal with the cars of unknown people in front of our houses. It looks trashy, it's not right, and it's starting to really tick me off.
What can be done? I just scoured the HOA website and this is the only place I can find where I can address an issue. I would prefer to send a letter directly to our HOA president, but I don't know who it is, and I can't find the letter that's sent to us once a year with the information on it.
