We are currently consulting with the City of Gaithersburg Police Department on establishing both a ?“Check on Community Patrol?” and a ?“Neighborhood Watch Program?” for the entire Village Overlook condominium community. More information to soon follow and you will be informed.

REMINDER: Grilling, Barbequing or Cooking of Any Kind is Not Allowed on Patios and Balconies which is in violation of Montgomery County and City of Gaithersburg Fire Codes!!!

Remember, the Speed Limit within our community is posted at 10 MPH! Please encourage your neighbors and visitors to slow down when driving. Let us prevent accidents before they happen!
