I would like an honest answer to this question.
My husband and I are buying a house on Campbell Street (between E Armour + E 38th) what is the crime rate, should I be worried. Unstandingly, every place has its ups and downs, my concern is that I will be alone most of the time. We are moving from a rural area of Idaho to Kansas City MO for a job, granted our realty agent will not honestly advise, she wants to make a sale.
I have looked at the crime reports on line, and this house we are buying has been broken into 2 times since we made the offer, the stove was stolen in daylight.
We were to close 1 month ago, and due to weather conditions the house repairs have not been completed, thus, a 3 delay in closing, now closing next week.
Somebody honestly answer this question.
