Thanks so much for your offer. I'm finding that there are many things we can be doing to improve our neighborhood, but I can't do it all myself. I need help passing out the newsletter right now; but I've got a lot of ideas for beautification of the area, some get-to-know-your-neighbor activities; and Kim Penzone needs help with a Welcome Committee for new residents. My neighbors got a new puppy and I gave them a welcome bag of goodies; but I don't think that's what Kim had in mind; but then I tend to think of people's pets as neighbors, too. Anyway, great to hear from you. Let's get this going and make our little cul de sac one of the best places to live on the east side -- anyway, your reach should always exceed your grasp, right? Where do you live?

How stupid of me! I sailed right over the name and then it hit me when I reread your name. You are my neighbor with the new puppy. I never knew your last name. Cool! Anyway, this is how we start to build a stronger neighborhood. Pass it on.
