PRESIDENT'S UPDATE:

After twenty years we have a new asphalt over-lay on our pavement our old surface looked like it was 90 years old and was ready for a face-lift and in need of repair. So, an asphalt over-lay company was contracted to do the job. Like all major work of this type, we have had unexpected problems.

Clean-up has been a hassle, but expect to have all items of concern handled soon. We are considering a topcoat this Fall which will make it look very smooth. Good for 20 years, or more. If you have problems that were overlooked on this project, please call me. Striping of parking places to be done very soon.
