if we were true americans,we would not allow this hoa to survive.we are acking like all the other countries that young men have spilt there blood.why did we go to stop the comunist,we are acting like them with this hoa business.if you are asked by choice to join the hoa ,then it is fine.but if you are forced, then it is cominism.if enough of us would have the gutts,we could end this nazi peison camp.

Wow, that may well have been the most bizarre 5 lines of "writing" I've seen in awhile. A homeowners  association is an attempt, by homeowners, to form an organization that will uphold community standards (for lack of a better description) that will, in turn, uphold property values. How on earth you equate that with communism is beyond me. By the way, how on earth do you expect to be taken seriously when you make innumerable punctuation and grammer errors and at least 7 spelling errors in 5 lines. As far as there being logic in your "arguments", nahh, you just had a bad bout of word diarrhea and spilled it all over the internet for the world to see .

in the end    its forced on the people.  if you had a vote now to end the hoa, then you would see a different outcome. but the cowards you are,you guys wont try it.

I tend to agree withasolomi.   I further believe that no one was forced to purchase a home in this neighborhood, thus no one is "forced" to participate in an HOA.

Whether it's this neighborhood, or another, the HOA is responsible for keeping and enforcing an agreed upon set of guidelines and rules.

It's a simple solution.  If someone doesn't like HOA protected communities, don't buy into one.   There are ample numbers of homes in the Prosper area that are not supported by an HOA.
