I hope it was a good year for everyone in the neighborhood. The community has had some wonderful successes this past year. I wanted to let everyone know dues invoice went out last week and should have arrived by now. They are due February 28th. Please get your dues in on time so we can have another great year. Question on Financials

Yes Mr Rivera I do have a question I notices that in the summary for the maintenance financials you have listed that is an amount set aside for the repairing of the fences and I would like to know when this is going to be done. The fence going into the park area has been missing slants for the two years that I have lived here and just when do you think they might be getting fixed?

Thanks for letting us know about the fence. I will bring it up at the next board meeting so we can discuss when the slats will be fixed.
