It has come to the attention of the board that someone is sending out letters in the name of Killarney Hill Homeowners Assoc. They target what they preceive as a violation and put a letter in a mailbox of the attended target. We do not work like that. We first try to talk directly to a homeowner. Then second, a letter is sent which we sign. So, If you get such a letter, or have any idea who is sending them, let us know. Thank you, Ken Rynard, President.

I hate to say it also.... maybe somebody is doing your job. I see people in violation all the time. Sorry, but I have to agree with the other reply.

They were right!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a phony letter from the HOA bandit and they were right. I had my RV parked in the driveway for over a week and they sent me a letter stating I was in violation of the Murphy's Landing HOA guidelines. I moved it! The leter reminded me of the violation.
