I am a very happy new homeowner in the Garfield neighborhood. On my street of eight homes, five are newer homeowners. It is exciting to see my neighbors out fixing up their homes, and beautifying the neighborhood. All has been well in the last seven weeks that I have owned this home.

I received the Garfield Gazzette (another great community information newsletter), and was disturbed to read about the stranger in the small greenish colored car who may approach children. Let's all keep an eye out for any and all suspicious activity. Does anyone know any other details? I can see directly into Garfield, and have a great view of the parking areas. I will be keeping my out. Any info regarding this creep will keep us all better informed.
