I saw 2 guys trying to break into a shed in the spring of 2006, only at the time I didn't realize they were trying to break in, I thought they lived there, but I wondered what was taking them so long to get the door open. They never did get the door open, and walked away. I found out later that this shed belonged to someone on the board whose shed had been robbed previously. One guy was a very tall, immaciated, very thin, young black guy, who has 2-4 inch braids down the back of his head. I have seen him hanging around talking to people frequently in this neighborhood, and I also saw him walking along the tree line with a light blue pistol. The other guy with him was shorter in stature, and overweight.

Thank you for the comments. If you see something that looks suspicious, don't be afraid to report it to the authorities. Unless we catch them in the act, there isn't much we can do about it. If you have a digital camera, or camera phone, you could also snap a photo for proof in case it does happen to be a crime in action.
