Curbside appeal is one of the major factors in keeping property values up. Thanks to Gail Taylor for helping to plant the mums in the island several weeks ago. Also Scot Cunniff for weeding, and Debbie Manfree and Karen Hoff for planting daffodils, tulips and crocus for spring color. Soon our islands will be the envy of the neighborhood instead of the joke of the neighbor.
