Please remember that as of the end of the 2007 summer there has been a strict ''No Parking'' policy enforced by the PPOA before or after pool hours. Pool hours are 7am to 10pm. We have warned multiple owners of cars that have parked in the parking lot over the 2007 summer season and have actually towed some cars that did not take our warnings of no parking. The Board of Directors went over and above in the warning of car owners that have parked in the pool parking lot over the summer of 2007 but in 2008 there will be a 3 strike policy of towing cars within the pool parking lot. We have purchased posts, chain and a sign that shows no parking but please remind your neighbors that parking is not allowed within the pool parking lot after hours without PPOA Board written authorization.
