ARB:
Deb Stricklin-Hefner reported:
1. ARB Activity ?– 3 fences, two 4-foot ones and one 6-foot one (within the home?’s envelope) have been approved, as well at four decks and one swing set. One requesting the planting of a privacy shrub was denied.
2. Additional Member ?– The committee is still seeking an additional person from Turnberry so anyone willing to serve in this way please contact Deb. (It should be noted in response to a query that Deb does not serve on the ARB as this would be in violation of the By-Laws. She is only the Board?’s liaison to the Committee.)

Jeanne Gullion reported:
1. Mulch ?– Since the area looks acceptable, the ten yards of mulch to be delivered to the common area along Clubside Place (between Carlow Circle and Heathery Place) has been postponed until next Spring in agreement with the adjacent homeowner.
2. Dead Tree -- The dead tree at the corner of Inishmore Way and Clubside will be removed by residents, thereby saving considerable expense should it have been done by landscapers.
3. Dead Shrub Replacement ?– No dead shrubs that have been removed are to be replaced, especially since the growth of the surrounding shrubs have filled in the vacant spaces.
4. Street Cleaning ?– In response to an inquiry, the City does the street cleaning, so this is at no cost to our association. In light that some streets were not cleaned, Tricia Edwards will pursue making sure the City is aware that these are their responsibility now.
5. Excessive Trash ?– It seems as if the trash along Clubside has increased lately. Tricia indicated that the cause could be that MMC has recently changed the day their maintenance man is in the area from Monday to Friday, and he generally picked up trash after the normal trash collection. She will see if his schedule can be changed back.
6. Landscape Lights ?– MMC is responsible to maintain the landscape lights, so all residents should inform her should they notice any not lit at night.
