I would like to know if anyone is aware that our neighborhood has been targeted by the Marion County Department of Compliance and Permits regarding the fencing requirements for swimming pools and hottubs. We are being told that all pools and hottubs must not only be in a fenced yard with fencing around the pool, but now must also have a privacey fence as well so your neighbors cannot see into your pool.
