I am reading the MLHOA Newsletter for the month of June. As I read the threat from the board, I have to stop and wonder why a homeowner feels he or/ she needs to take certain matters into their own hands. Is the board not doing their jobs? Is the board slow to respond to complaints from residents? Maybe if the board would do their jobs, this person would stop writing letters to residents that are in violation of the MHOA convenants. Just think about it before you go making threats '' This person will be prosectued if caught''. We as homeowners might vote for them next election, since he/she is getting THE JOB DONE!

WOW... Several homeowners agree
I like what this person said about the letters. We see violations (we know our violations) and nothing being done regarding campers, RV's, fences, and more. We as homeonwers talk and I must say who ever is writing the letter keep it up, but mail them and don't sign your name or anyone elses name. At least they he/she is getting the job done. |

Forgery of Letters
If you have a complaint regarding any violations, you should send a letter addressed to the board or call the Mayor's Action Center at 327-4622. You should not send a letter and forge anyone's signature. It is illegal to put anything into a mailbox, unless you are employed by the U.S. Postal Service. Identity theft is very high in this state and you should never forge someone's signature. You won't get anything done that way. Two wrongs don't make a right. You may want to attend the neighborhood meetings and address your concerns to the board and the rest of the neighborhood. |

Fake Lettes
We received a letter from this group and they had no signatureor forgery of a signature on the letter. So, I don't think they have done anything wrong and our letter was mailed, not placed in the post box. PS. We have attended the meeting and got the run around, like everybody else. |
