Have been informed by City of Houston Solid Waste Management that Sunnyside public dump site on Sunbeam Street will be closed for approximately 12 months for upgrading. This is good but those who wish to dump during the next 12 months suppose to use one of the city's other dump sites which are more than 10 + miles away from Sunnyside.

Here comes more illegal dumping in area people because of poor city planning which city could have put temporary dumpsters on city landfill property located where city incinerator use to be 3300 Bellfort St.
