I think it is bad that people have a chance to do something about things in their neighborhood.But no one wants to get involved to try and do something to make it better.They do not even check out the web page to see whats going on,what a shame.

I think that we have several issues in our neighborhood which makes it seem that people don't care

1. large number of people who are not aware of the group

2. large number of elderly or disabled

3. Rent property

At the crime watch meeting last night we had more than 25 people attending (great!) i think that shows there is interest if we can get the word out.

My wife and i handed out notices and will do so again because both our association and the crime watch need to work and will work.

We all deserve a safe neighborhood and one to be proud of.

     1. What do you think we have to do to make more people aware of what we are doing and want to do.2.What do we need to do for the elderly and diabled.Maybe we need to find these elderly people and talk to them and see what there concerns are,and how we can help them.If they want to come to the meeting then we can work on how to get there.3.We need to find out who these propertys belong to and get them involved. Thank you and your wife for putting out the notices.I sure appreciate your help and am sure that everyone else in the group does to.Thank both of you again. 

I think we should continue to put out flers and maybe it can turn into a mini-newsletter for people to know what is happening, maybe add some phone numbers to call for a ride, i will be happy to pick up and return people for the meetings.

I know my wife and i have just started coming but i promise we will stay involved and anything we can do just let us know, that includes helping mow and clean up lots if we need to (vacant property or elderly, disabled people) I am really looking forward to the crime watch and association coming together and making a difference.
