What's for dinner? Well, I'm glad you asked.

Tonight: I have fixed boneless, tenderized, breaded, chicken breast. Fried to it's golden southern perfection. Prepared with a light chichen gravy to place over the homemade mash potatos. Green beans w/mushrooms to complete the meal. A freah garden salad w/honey mustrad peppercorn dressing will be served prior to the meal. Tea, water, milk, or Coke for the drink.

My wife loves it when I get a day off.

Sounds like you could do well

Ask me and I'll tell ya......... However I'm the worlds messiest cook. If I opened a little diner I'd need to employ 40 people a day just to clean up my mess. But the food would be good.
