i live at 665 S. Wickham and have been here for 20 years.  there is a patch of land across the street that has been neglected for months.  i called the 311 but that are full of shit.  can anyone help me to know who to call to get this hassle fixed.  there is a lot of trash there and you cannot get out of your card if you park there.  i cannot even walk my dog.  please help !!!!!
