Update: The Boys Next Door

Opening weekend of THE BOYS NEXT DOOR started our new season off just right! It was wonderful to see old friends and make new ones. The cast was in top shape, and a good time was had by all.

It seems that the company is so far staying on the right track, regaining its roots without sacrificing the quality of the shows. Despite a shorter run than usual, ticket sales were strong and promise to continue picking up!

The "board," such as it is, is already sniffing around a couple of great scripts for production in March or April of next year. Stay tuned to the home page website (www.iswhatitis.org) for all the latest news. Chances are it'll be another comedy; the perfect way to usher in the - ahem - "cooler" weather season!

As a personal aside, I'd like to thank several folks who took the time to say a few things to me that I hadn't expected at all; your words meant more to me and the future of the company than you might imagine. Thank you.
