IWII has several new ideas in the works! No, not all of them are fit yet for public consumption. They are still cooking, you see, and aren't quite finished. When the initial plans are all ready to go, check back here at the website and see what's coming up. (Suffice it to say the changes will open up whole new opportunities for those of you already in the IWII family.)

The thing that makes IWII special, on stage and off, is its relationships. The strong
friendships (and romances, for that matter) the company embraces are what make
it both strong and unique. Most people in general, let alone "those creative types,"
have enough trouble handling personal relationships and working relationships separately; put them together and you typically have a volitile situation.
Here, we have a foundation that was literally built on relationships -- "Garage Sale" (June 1995) was a labor of love in every sense of the word. Four high school friends and an understanding parent was all it took to launch a company that has survived -- flourished -- for seven years now.
There are lines dividing our professional and personal relationships of course. There
must be. But neither is forsaken for the other.
I, personally, am proud of this company's roots, and the directions it is planning to go in in the near future. And I can't do it without my friends. If those friends also happen to be Executive Directors, Technical Directors, Prop Managers, Actors, or Ushers...so be it!
