Do you have an interesteing story to tell about your 4-legged friend?  I have a tremendous love for animals, which is why I decided to live here at Islands in the Sun....Most of the residents here feel the same as I do...and in speaking with them, we all have a story or two to share.    I recently lost one of my beloved Shih Tzus after 14-1/2 years...his name was Sammy.  He loved to "snort"...it was his way of talking to me and my husband.   He was such a joy to be around, and we miss him everyday.   He still has a brother, "Billy", who hasn't been the same since Sammy passed.   All we have now are fond memories of him...Sammy was such a source of strength for me when my Mother passed away...he got me through some really tough times when my husband had a heart attack and had to undergo By-pass surgery....He only weighed about 14 pounds, but his strength was unmatched by anyone.  

We can talked about our little angels in this newsletter....it's very healing....I want to thank my neighbors and friends for all of the support, when we lost Sammy....It really helped.
