Management Company

We can not get rid of the management company because of the size of our neighborhood. I do agree that we need a new management company. Once that actually is organized and does things for us.

Multi family

I have contacted Gwinnett county to find out what recourse we have as a community to know how to address- Can someone give me addresses for what properties these are regarding. We also need to be aware enforcing this also effects people that have mothers & fathers that live with them, I have tried not to press this as I know alot of people that do have parents that they take care of. My guess is those people will have to get an exception throught the county to have elder family live with them.
As regards to cars- call the police they will come out & address , in addition to the violation letters that go out on a regular basis.

I think there is a statement in the ordnance that allows for parents to live in the home. The ordnance is more geared to renters which is always a problem in every neighborhood.
