Jonesboro Neighborhood

I have a problem with vicious dogs. I believe we should have an ordinance that pitt bulls, chows, and rotts should be kept outside only in a secure fenced area that they cannot jump. I see residents with these breeds tied in front yards with twine, running loose, etc. It is a know fact that almost all dog bite deaths and serious injuries result from these breeds. How many children and old folks bitten, or die before the county does something about this problem?
