CHANGES TO DEED RESTRICTIONS UNNECESSARY

Subsequent to discussions among the board about the possible need to amend the deed restrictions to provide for penalty or action on the part of the board regarding non-compliance issues, it was determined that the board already has the appropriate authority. Therefore, no changes to the deed restrictions is necssary.
