LAWN MAINTENTANCE CONTRACT AWARDED

The board of directors received seven bids for the maintenance of the association's common areas. It's important to point out that the association is small, thus funds for lawn maintenance are relatively small. However, there were three who were within the price limitation. The board met with the three and selected F&M Lawn Care.
