Are there any other residents of Avondale that are fed up with the abundance of dogs that run loose in our neighborhood? It is imposiible to walk or run my dog anytime of day or night without being acosted by other RUDE dogs, sometimes with their owner, sometimes not. Not all dogs (or people) are interested in being approaached by strangers. I don't find it cute at all. Are there others with the same frustrations?
