Carlucci whith whom you will be able to discuss your concerns and voice your opinions about happenings in our neighborhood. Some topics will be as follows: 1) The deplorable state of the retention pond on Foster Drive; 2) Hogan Road traffic and misuse. 3) our soon-to-be new park on Touchton.
