JCCA Meeting Minutes - March 2, 2008

Opening:
The regular meeting of the JCCA was called to order at 7:00PM on Sunday, March 2, 2008 in Jefferson Cort by Hank Levenson.

Present:
Hank Levenson, Leslie Fleury, Frank Krenkel.

Old Business:

Closure of back entrance has been complete, culvert has been pulled up.

Abandoned car is gone.

Trees cut on Thursday and stumps to be ground on Friday.

Parish cannot cut the remaining trees as they are too tall and could get tangled in power lines.

Hank to follow up with Pat regarding the landscape architect for the entrance of subdivision.

New Business:

Restrictions to be modified for Thursday meeting. This will be distributed in meeting and homeowners can make suggested changes via the website

Create database, with distribution list for neighborhood to better track participation and paid dues – we will ask for volunteers for this committee

Agenda for Next Meeting:

Review restrictions and make changes for association meeting on Thursday, March 6, 2008.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:00PM by Hank Levenson. The next general meeting will be at 7:00PM on Thursday, March 6, 2008 in Coles Creek at the voting precinct..
