Does anyone have brown water tonight? I checked the water district site but turned up nothing. I've tried leaving the water on for quite a while to see if it turns clear to no avail. I know this forum isn't that active, but I hope to get an answer from someone! Thanks!

I was told it was something that happened in Ponchatoula, maybe with the fire department? The parish was opening lines yesterday to flush out the brown water.

Thanks! I called the water board the next morning (yesterday) and they said someone opened or did something with the hydrants so they had to be flushed yesterday. Last night our water still wasn't back to normal.
