How AWEFUL!  Cry I was wondering what the 3 Fort Worth animal control trucks were doing parked over at the entrance of where they drill for gas, now I wish I never knew.

The men on horses were seen on a Friday and the horse was found on the next day, Saturday.  It was a well taken care of horse as she had new shoes on and hooves were trimmed.  She was laying on the pathway not far from the locked gate entrance off of Trinity where they are drilling.  As a horse owner, I was mortified to see this and my kids were so sad and wished we could have helped. the horse out  I called animal control and they said they do not deal with livestock.  They transferred me to the Sherrif's dept who told me they do not deal with dead animals and they transferred me to the Humane Society who said they needed to know who had the horses out there but took a general description of where she was laying.  I hope they were able to remove her and prevent anyone else from walking up on such a sight.

Red truck and trailer left with both horses alive and well.  I sat at the corner and watched them load up and head east on Trinity.
