Publicizing Meetings!

Posted in: Grove Park
Honestly, what do you folks think about the quality of communication?? Do you think you are receiving enough information through the regular mail, posters, TV, radio, over the back fence, flyers, e-mail, over the phone, and the newspapers publicizing the date of the upcoming community meetings?
I ask this question because of the lack of attendance at some neighborhood meetings. At these informative gatherings you are given free advice from dedicated speakers to help you with your disastrous problems, or to prevent you from ever having them!

Regular mail would be great. How often do you mail reminders about community meetings? Do you mail them to the owner or to the renter address?

I just moved in and I'm having to ask to find out anything.  Communication is not there.  I'm printing out fliers to hand out to as many neighbors as possible.

Hello,

I am trying to get in touch with someone regarding your community meetings.  We are doing work in your neighborhood and I would like to pass out some information that will be affecting your streets and possibly yards.  Can someone send me a telephone or email address of the person in charge of the Community Meetings.  I have tried to get in touch with Mr. Malone with no luck.

Thanks,
