First Land Construction developed plats 2 & 3. However those plats are currently under the jurisdiction of the FDIC. Please contact the city to find out what we can do as homeowners to try and seperate plat 1 from 2 & 3 so that we can move forward in the process of making the decisions in this subdivision.
