Why hasn''t EVERYONE in Bellemeade been sent a mailer informing them about this ordinance? I found out about it by accident. I resent the city telling me who I have to pay to service my trees. I also resent the ''Beautification Committee)patroling the neighborhood to make sure we comply or they will take Civil Action against us. What will be next?
