This morning, August 15th, 2006, one of the residents of 2830 Coleen drove her car up into the yard of unit 2828, and at 8:00 in the morning, repeatedly honked her horn and screamed at the house. This is a quiet neighborhood and this type of behavior is unappreciated to say the least. The person in 2828 came out and moved their car, which was blocking the white van which belogs to the other resident of 2830. This whole scene was awful and quite annoying.

The woman driving the Volvo appeared to be drunk. Why did the guy in the Lexus park to block two people in? He should have known better, he would have gotten towed or something.
