There is a house for sale on Carlimar, I think the address may be 1506. One can hardly see the sign is the yard, and the house is vacant. This home is a disgrace to the neighborhood. Could the Mayor contact the realtor or homeowner to clean up that mess. I am worried about rodents. I believe the Health Department could also be contacted. There has got to be something in our ordinances about this.
PLEASE HELP, I am extremely worried about property values in this area.

I'm asking the Graymoor-Devondale Police Department to investigate the matter. Our officers check out these potential ordinance violations and, when indicated, they enforce them. The city does have ordinances that deal with situations that pose health or safety issues. If you contact me directly, I'll give you a response when I hear back from the police officers.
