We have your transparency with the Neighborhood Group Email System.  If you had read other peoples comments you would understand why I deleted selected items.  The deletions were requested by neighbors and the people who are trying to sell homes in our neighborhood.  If you have a negative beef in the future, would you please make your view known via the Group Email system.  We are trying to make the web site a positive aspect of our neighborhood.   I will not delete your post but will leave that decision up to our neighbors.  I would like to hear the opinion of other neighbors if these severe negative post should remain on the website.   I am not trying to censure you.  I am trying use some common sense.   Your post have already been hashed out, sorry you missed it.

Take heart everyone, we will eventually get past the start-up growing pains that always comes with forming a new association!  I think the issue now is, how to bring up to speed those people who are just becoming part of the conversation . . . and this is a perfect example.  Any ideas, Alan?

Ken, your points are well taken and certainly are understandable since you weren't part of this system when all of those points were originally hashed out.  I could take the time to type it up again, but it would be easier just to talk over our back yards, since you and I are bordering neighbors and the sun is finally out!  My cell is 439-3030.

P.S. Don't be hard on the moderator, he has done his very best to meet everyone's needs . . . and the pay for that job really sucks!!!

I'm glad there a those who have the stomach for this kind of service...  The compelling reason for not censuring comments is to keep the developer accountable.  If his sales are affected by bad press outside of a community he can control, his only option will be to fix the/our problems.  It is that easy.  Censure is never a good idea.  You censure the people you give power to the developer...that is not in our interest as we have many complaints.

This will only cost him money...which it should...they are his costs that we have been paying for.

P.S.  I've already retired...zzzzzzz
