Does anyone know the restrictions on pets? We have a neighbor with a unfenced yard that tie their large dog to the deck when they let it outside. I am concerned for the children in the area.

Pets are required to be on a leash when walking or fenced in by a hard or electrical fence. Since the dog is tied to the deck, I don?’t believe that there is a violation of the deed restriction. Pets are not allowed to roam free in the neighborhood.

It may not be a violation but it sure looks like something out of a trailer park.Please just put up a fence of some sort so the animal can be somewhat free and the children can also play with out being frightened by a chained up oversized barking dog who would be much happier not being attached to a deck.

Pets should be contained in a fenced yard. Invisible fences are acceptable. I am not sure who you could contact about the dog tied to the deck, but if the dog poses a danger, contact animal control.
