MONSTER Cookies (served at Kael/Winthrop Bonfire Glow 12/21/13)

From Sonja & Theresa (Kael St.)

Mix (w/mixer is easiest)
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup or 1 stick margarine
1 1/2 cup peanut butter

After above is mixed, stir in by hand:
4 1/2 cups oatmeal
3/4 - 1 cup semi- sweet choc chips (depending on how much choc you like)
3/4 - 1 cup milk chocolate M & Ms (again, depends on how much choc you like)

Bake at 350 for approx 11 min. on top rack. Don't over bake and no need to flatten them to bake. I also highly recommend baking on "Airbake" cookie sheet if you have one. They are better if you refrigerate in the bowl for awhile before baking if you have the time, this way they don't flatten out as much.

It makes approx 50 medium cookies so you could also pre-make some in 1" high x 4" wide circles and put wax paper in between each cookie, freeze and just take a couple out when you're ready to have a treat.

Enjoy!

P.S.  Sonja says if you like these as they are, you'll love them if you heat them just a bit in the microwave!
