My daughter has RARE Pet Flemish Giant Rabbits they are in a pen in the back yard, I was fined $600 today.. For having livestock: I do not claim them as dependents on taxes, nor do i sell them or use them for meat, fur or anything associated with therin. I am to remove them from my property as well,within 7 days.. is this legal?
