Just an FYI for everyone...........
I recently started keeping track of my meter readings each month and guess what - today I received by current bill and the "previous" reading posted on the bill was actually from the month of March!! This proves that they are NOT reading our meters every single month.
If I had been keeping track of my meter readings, I would assume their bill is correct, now I have the pleasure of calling them to inform them that I have an erroroneous bill with falsified information on it...............oh how I wish they could be prosecuted for this. Imagine if all of us kept this type of record and could show to the BOCC the falsified bills they would get them out sooner.
If you do decide to do this, take your reading each month between the 21-24th of each month. I keep it on my frig with the date and time the reading was taken.
