Oil Stains in parking spaces.

The Board of Directors and Management Specialists will be taking a close look at the parking areas, in order to control some of the large oil stains that have begun to appear in several parts of the community. If one of these oil stains is in your assigned parking space, you will likely be requested to clean up the oil, and possibly even to repair or remove the offending vehicle if the leak is large enough. The Association is responsible for keeping the parking lots in a neat and attractive condition and ensuring the safety of all residents. This includes tracking the problem of oil spots from leaking vehicles community-wide.
