Several complaints have been received in recent weeks regarding the condition of some of the back patio areas within the Kings Mill community. The majority of these back patios that have come under fire are those with dogs that are present-but clean up is not. If you feel you may be one of these people, please take the time to check your back patio and keep it in a neat, clean condition. Dog urine and excrement has a tendency to leave an odor across several back patios, and causes and unpleasant condition to the neighbors. Residents are denied full use of their patios and do not allow back doors and windows to be open. Throwing of trash or excrement into the common areas is not allowed. Complaints on this issue may result in fines from the Association, who will be paying closer attention to the condition of back patios throughout the community.
