A Good Neighbor …Terry Rose

The Good Neighbor recognition goes to: Terry Rose
Terry has been helpful in more ways than can be remembered and recorded. Over the years he has volunteered to maintain and repair the neighborhood sprinkler systems at on charge. He takes personal care of the cul-de-sac near his home never asking for any compensation. He plants items along the culvert near his home just to keep things looking nice. He helps with gas logs at the Clubhouse when something goes wrong. He changes the lights at the clubhouse without being asked. He keeps his own property looking exceptional which is a benefit to the entire neighborhood. He reports any street light poles for repair to OG&E. He helps his neighbors with anything they need. He is a great neighbor to have! Thank You for being a good neighbor and asset to the HOA.
