Update on the HOA Dues Accounts Receivables - Kingspark HOA Dues are mandatory and tied to each Property Deed. The Dues are used to maintain the existing HOA properties, such as, Clubhouse, Pool, Tennis Courts, Entrances, Cud-De-Sacs, Common Areas, Trees, and Picnic tables.
HOA Dues are billed Quarterly. They are collectable within 30 days. Late Fees and Finance Charges are assessed on delinquent Dues. All this information is available for review in the HOA Manual. If Dues continue to be delinquent then the next action taken is a Lien is filed with the Cleveland County Court. If the issue is still not resolved then a claim is filed in Small Claims Court. If a Collection Violation continues then the HOA Attorney becomes involved and files for a Judgment and an Asset Hearing. Collection is a very serious matter.
