Home Projects

Mar 04, 2002

We will soon be coming out of hibernation from the winter months with an itch to begin home improvement projects. Please note that any bigger projects such as new roofs, room additions, new fences and other exterior projects may call for the approval of the Architectural Committee of the association. Please review your Restricted Covenants before undertaking a project to see if it requires prior approval. The purpose of the Architectural Committee is not to keep you from doing work, but to ensure that it complies with the Restricted Covenants. The committee has a quick turnaround time and is there to help you if there are questions. Before you begin, contact Carlos Alvarado or Gene Brown with your plans for the committee to review. As an alternative, and to expedite the process, your contractor can contact them directly with your plans.
