I really wish the people in the neighborhood (Specifically the ones on 12th Street) would keep their dogs locked up during the day. Nothing like going to leave to run errands to find a pitbull or two on your porch that you don't know. I'm sure the dogs are very sweet but I don't KNOW that.

Barking Dogs
The new residents at 2737 NW 15th Street leave their dogs out all day and night and allow them to bark incessantly. It?’s been two months since they moved in, and those dogs have not stopped barking. Things are getting so bad that my wife and I cannot sleep, watch TV, or relax without contending with these animals. We?’ve tried talking to these people, but they ignore our complaints and do nothing to curb the behavior of their dogs. I?’m an animal lover, and we have a dog of our own, but I?’m about to feed these little monsters a poison snausage What can be done to help us enjoy are home again? By Annoyed |

What can we do as a neighborhood association to discourage owners from chaining thier dogs outside all day long and allowing them to bark non-stop? It is unfair to the dogs and irritating to us bothered by such nuisance. |
