Hello,

My wife and I are looking into a few of the houses in your community. We recently moved to Wilmington from the Kinston, NC area. We have some questions that hopefully someone could awnser for us. 

Were these houses built by one builder?

Does anyone have any of the floorplans for these houses?

Other than the pool what does the hoa fee cover?

How is the drainage?

How is the school district?

Any help with these questions would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Kirkwood! We are a 354 Home and Townhome Community. Our Community is less than 10 years old. You will see children on every street playing. Competition swimming pool. Association dues are only $300.00 yearly.The dues cover communal areas, electricity,sewer,pool,management company and other areas of responsibility to operating the community..Our community is close to shopping centers, beach and schools. There are three schools Elementary, Middle and High that are within walking distance.

Answers to your specific questions are as follows,

Were these houses built by one builder? There were 3 devolpers and The homes were built by 2 builders, Stevens and Everett.

Does anyone have any of the floorplans for these houses? The property mngr may have some.

Other than the pool what does the hoa fee cover? See statement above.

How is the drainage? Were not in a flood zone I have never experienced any problems.

How is the school district?See staement above.
